Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Eligible Items

• Items with manufacturing defects
• Wrong item or size delivered
• Items damaged during delivery

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.

How to Return

1. Email timenontheconfidencebrand@gmail.com with subject "Return Request — [Your Order Reference]"
2. Include photos of the item and a brief description of the issue
3. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, we are happy to exchange within 7 days of delivery subject to stock availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange before returning your item.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Paystack within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
